If a conflict has already flared up, do not try to resolve it on your own—you urgently need an impartial arbitrator. Beware of the temptation to copy your own past success—what worked yesterday will fail today. If you display wisdom, all your wishes will be fulfilled. Do not waste resources on launching new projects; they will not take off right now. What you have planned will come to pass, but you will have to show a little patience.
